It’s F-ing hot
Took a field trip home to visit my parents for a few days.
I got a few upgrades to the po tracker…some new speakers and a new canvas top. I’m pretty excited about that new top. I’d previously been told not to mess with it as it was supposedly hard to put back on, but I found out that wasn’t the case. I put the new one on myself and have discovered that I have a nifty sunroof among other things.
I tell ya, they try to take all the fun out of life with those rules of theirs…*smh
It was a nice visit though. South Georgia is SO BEAUTIFUL! I miss the country with their plants and trees and thangs…
Everything in the ATL is so manufactured…
The one thing I don’t miss though is all the pollen. You leave your car outside for an hour, and it’s covered in a greenish yellow film that’ll have you sneezing for days…
Springtime will be really pretty once the trees get their leaves back. I remember I used to take naps in the pecan orchard. . .
. . .
And when I had Mammy an nem bring me a mint julep as I waited for my gentleman callers….
I bet it was nice to be of the Caucasian persuasion back in those pre civil war days. Besides the whole human bondage thing, it must have been a picturesque time.

I finally picked up the new Si.ms 2 expansion pack. We have seasons now! Stay tuned, there may be a new Sims movie coming soon to a computer near you…
