We’re Back!
All moved in!
Had to verify my account before they moved my stuff over. It’s an in-person thing and they’re closed on Sundays.
Actually kind of amazing that I can transfer a domain in about 10 minutes while in my work life it takes weeks to go through the whole process…million dollar hammer indeed!
In other news…
Weekend was okay. Slothed around on Saturday and went for provisions Sunday.
Tried eyebrow threading…in and out in about 5 minutes… and it cost me a cool Lincoln. It does kinda hurt, but just as I started having “this was a mistake” thoughts, she was done.
Tried this place.
Wasn’t really impressed. My palate is more Southern Italy I guess. I need loads of flavor in my food and this was pretty bland to me.
Got a toilet cleaner brush, frames for art (wrong size), a sewing kit for reasons, thread…
Was on a mission to get things to make alterations on some clothes since alterations cost as much as the clothes themselves sometimes…
I could have sworn Walmart had a sewing section where you could buy patterns and fabric and things…but I guess they phased that out.
Unfortunate.
Maybe that can be my non-technical hobby.
I did make a quilt once and it wasn’t TOO tragic…
A lot of things happening this weekend. Dra.gonCon, Tech’s first foozball game, tailgates, heard there were parties as well greek and bachelor (heard about the Greek related ones from primary sources as well as from people from out of town…which was interesting)
I’d have to psych myself up all week to attend any one of those.

You don’t meet people by staying home putting around your house all day.
Though that would preferable.
