Pretty much has been the worst “vacation” ever.
Had a persistent migraine more or less the whole time.
Guilted into going home. Mother played the violins on thick. Passive aggressive to the max.
Personal stuff going on…
Work emails still flying.
All rounding out to more proposal work this weekend to ensure my promotion.
Took time off to rest for my sanity and take care of me…
I’m a masochist.
