Testing, Testing…
Hello!
I come to you from Microsoft Word 2007!
I didn’t realize you could blog from Word like this…this is pretty neat.
I got off work early today. We had some meetings off site and were allowed to go home/work from home afterwards.
I’m glad, I’m so tired…I stayed up to finish painting my dining room. I suppose that wasn’t really necessary to do as people usually do that sort of thing on the weekend, but that room is right in the middle of everything and the walls were saying “paint me!” so I had to oblige…
In other news,
These days have been a bit more emotional than usual. I suppose it’s due to the starting of the new job and not knowing anyone. I’m realizing that in Atlanta, I really only hung out with three people, and I only started being social in my last two semesters.
I really hate meeting new people…sometimes I just wish you can automatically just know someone and hang out with them without being polite, lol…
I suppose I’ll have to start being more open and friendly instead of just the “cute, creative, & superficially friendly person” especially if I want to get ahead in this company. It seems like they really celebrate and encourage networking here…

I actually have something else on my mind right now, but I think I’ll ponder it more before writing about it.
