Dear Lakeside Collection,

Hello there! I recently received the items I ordered from you about a week ago. I was pleasantly surprised that they came so fast! When you said it would take 2-3 weeks to be delivered, I thought It would take 3!

Looking at the items, I understand why there were so affordably priced. I did notice that though the mirrors were heavy, the weren’t quite straight. In fact, they had a subtle curve to them. However, they are still attractive and worth every penny and maybe more.

I haven’t quite seen the candle holders as they do require some assembly, but the pieces are sturdy with the lightweight iron they are made up of.

I am thoroughly impressed!

You will definitely be seeing me again!

Your new faithful customer,
KaNisa

Dear Roux,

You know, when my mother used to do my hair back in the day when I was young I’m not a kid anymore but some days I sit and wish I was a kid again, she used your product Fermodyl. It’s a leave in treatment for hair with issues. Recently I went to Sally’s on a quest to replenish my hair care products and I came across your product. I haven’t used it in years, so I thought I’d pick up a set for old times sake. I got your treatment for Limp, Processed hair as that is my issue and made plans to test it out later that evening.

According to the package, it says Fermodol 07:
Helps increase volume and fullness
Collagen enriched formula treats and conditions protein depleted hair
Helps repair surface damage
Seals cuticle to enhance shine

I sit here today as a testament. That stuff did everything it says it will do. I will definitely make sure I am stocked up with your product…my hair had been breaking like crazy…NEVERMORE!

Preciate ya,
KaNisa

Dear BBC,

This weekend, I watched your special Soul Deep: The Story of Black Popular Music and I must say I was blown away! Your special was very comprehensive, and even taught me a thing or two. I honestly did not know that half of Booker T and the MG’s (of Green Onions fame) were of the Caucasian Persuasion and that they were to Stax Records what the Funk Brothers were to Motown.

I have to say, I was a little disappointed that you didn’t spend much time on Marvin during the Motown part of your mini series, and that you didn’t mention Mr. Jackson at all, but in other respects you more than made up for it.

I would just ask that you consider putting the series on DVD. It is a must have for my growing Black American Music History collection. For now, I suppose I will just have to be satisfied with your website.

Also, I just find it interesting that it isn’t the US that has comprehensive specials and news casts about Black AMERICANS, it’s always the BBC. The Jen.a situation had already been covered by the BBC in several specials MONTHS before their American counterparts even began to pick up on it. I remember reading an article about a documentary they put together back in May, and THAT was a documentary that documented ALL the events, not just the fight that landed the 6 in jail.

It’s interesting that even though we’re an offshoot of your country, you tend to be a bit more comprehensive, and maybe even far leftest when it comes to covering our news.

Anyway, keep up the good work,
KaNisa
