Neutral – not really happy or unhappy. A score of 3.5 would reflect an equal number of happy and unhappy responses. Exercises designed to increase happiness have been tested in scientific studies and have been shown to make people lastingly happier.
Makes sense. I did not get my me time this week between training during the day and working at night. Had a lot of quick turn arounds and hero efforts this week as well. Trying to make it to 8PM without any “hey can you” emails….and I might be home free…
