So. I have made it a goal for February to learn how to hip roll.

I found the following video on YouTube and it has been quite helpful:

I can do it a little bit, but I’m still learning. I’m finding that it’s a good workout! I was practicing last night for about 30 minutes and woke up a bit sore this morning, LOL. Forget trying to do it today…I was like…”Lawd have mercy! MY ABS! MY HIPS!”

They are literally sore, like for real!

Once I get it down though, I will be a force to be reckoned with. I will have abs of steel and my “Hips Won’t Lie.”

*applies ice packs in the meantime….
