This is what I do all day.
In a world where people think “I make things pretty”.
And in a world where they think UX is mostly useless because it’s just about “making it look pretty”.
Or they think research takes too much time….they just want it to be pretty.
Things that are made to “just look pretty” are also pretty useless.
An unending battle….
